Developed by the U.S. Air Force in the 1980s, the Peacekeeper Rail Garrison was supposed to be a railroad-based, intercontinental ballistic missile transport and launching system. A prototype was built, but the plan was almost immediately cancelled. Tune in to find out what happened.
